HI Fashion: The Legacy of Alfred Shaheen by Bishop Museum was a celebration of ethnic diversity in Alfred Shaheen’s textile designs and fashions.  The exhibit showcased more than 200 pieces representing Shaheen’s work over a 40-year period and spanned thousands of square feet, which were filled with aloha shirts, sarongs, sundresses, fabrics, original textile art, and memorabilia.
