Payment Types and Important Payment Information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and instant payments through PayPal. All payments through PayPal must have confirmed addresses for seller's buyer-protection to be in force. Therefore, for buyers with unconfirmed addresses purchasing through PayPal, (i) all sales are final, and (ii) the transaction, including shipping, is at buyer's sole risk of loss. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks in U.S. Dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Your name, address and telephone number should be pre-printed on your check. All prices are listed in United States currency. California state residents must pay an 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping Information. All merchandise is shipped UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, FedEx Express, FedEx 2-day or Fed-Ex 3-Day. Neither UPS nor FedEx ships to post office boxes. We recommend using one of the foregoing shipping methods, as all shipments using these methods can be tracked and are automatically insured up to $100. If you would like to add insurance over the $100 amount, this insurance will be calculated separately. We also ship via priority mail and global priority mail through the USPS. However, all priority mail and global priority mail is sent at the buyer's sole risk of loss. We cannot guarantee shipments through the USPS.

Military Locations ( APO /FPO). In addition to the delivery time that it takes to get to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you may have to wait for the military to route the package to you. Please contact your local HWAC officer for details.

Damaged Items. Please report items damaged during shipping within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the carrier for you. Upon confirmation of damaged merchandise by the carrier, you will receive a credit for the amount of the confirmed damage or we can send you a replacement package -- whatever you prefer.

Returns. If you are returning an order, please email us for a return authorization number prior to returning the merchandise. If the order is incorrect, we will reimburse you your return shipping. If the merchandise is being returned for any other reason, we ask that you bear the costs of the initial and return shipping. The merchandise must be in the same condition as when shipped to you in order to receive credit, and a valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label for us to accept the package. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within ten days of your receipt of shipment.

Back Orders. Every attempt is made to maintain each of our pieces in stock. However, because our pieces are not mass-produced, we may run out. When we do, we will email you that we are temporarily out of stock and the anticipated date we will resume shipping. If an item is not in stock for an order, we can send you the items on hand immediately, then send you the items on back order when they become available. You will only be charged for what is shipped.

Legal Notices. Any litigation, dispute or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, use or involvement with Alfred Shaheen shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of California , County of Los Angeles.

General. These policies are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Privacy Policy. We respect the privacy of our customers and visitors. We ask for your name, address, phone and payment information in order to process your order efficiently and/or to contact you about your order. We may collect usage information for marketing purposes in order to occasionally update you of any changes or additions to the pieces we carry. If you do not wish to receive these updates, please notify us at once. We are committed to protecting your privacy and this personal information will not be disclosed, rented or sold to a third party.
